- Outdated infrastructure that is hampering the manufacturing or distribution of our products
- No flexibility in existing tools and the complexity of trying to adapt them to our industry or production needs
- High-level reporting is not available fast enough and is not comprehensive (This one bugs me the most! I have solved it for our company.)
- Do not have the internal skills to customize the software to give us simple information With vendors:
Previous experience with ERP systems that do not cater for our industry has caused business-wide frustration
